The Lake Mills Community Foundation recently awarded a grant to Legendary Lake Mills in the amount of $5,000 for historical plaques. Legendary Lake Mills is a blended organization of two community groups, the former Chamber of Commerce and the Main Street Program. Their mission is to preserve the heritage of the downtown area while promoting and supporting the city’s business community.
