LMACF Provides $5,000 Grant for the Jefferson County Financial Empowerment Center

The Lake Mills Area Community Foundation presented a check for $5,000 for the Jefferson County Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) which provides free one-on-one financial counseling for adults who work or live in Jefferson County. Trained counselors help participants with budgeting, debt management, credit improvement, and long-term goal setting. Individual counseling sessions will be available on Wednesdays at the Rock Lake Activity Center or can be done virtually.
