COVID-19 Recovery Fund Grant to Rock Lake Activity Center

The Lake Mills Area Community Foundation (LMACF) awarded a COVID-19 Recovery Fund Grant to Rock Lake Activity Center (RLAC) to help continue to provide programming and activities that positively affect the health and wellness of our community. RLAC provides spaces for all ages as well as renting spaces to Club 55 Senior Center, the Lake Mills Area School District, and opportunities as a venue for the community. This income was lost as well as some membership fees when the building was closed due to the pandemic. The Spring Swing Fundraiser was also cancelled, a major revenue income.

Pictured L-R are: Rene Wedel, RLAC Manager, Carol Burrows, LMACF Board Member, Wayne Magnussen, LMACF Board Member, Pam Rogers, LMACF Vice President, and Aaron Genthe, LMACF President.
