LM Police Department collecting for
new K-9 unit in memory of Chris Truman
In support of the Lake Mills Police Department Community Funded K-9 Unit Program, a grant was awarded in the amount of $10,000 from the LMACF Endowment Fund. April of 2019.

Lake Mills EMS
The EMS is dedicated to the Community of Lake Mills, but needed a little help to purchase a Stryker PowerLift, electric lift stretcher to help patients into the ambulance with hurting not only the patient but the EMT’s. $15,000 was donated from the Lake Mills Area Community Foundation, and $25,000 match from an anonymous donor from the Community!
Lake Mills Area Community Foundation grants $1,000 to Lake Mills Optimist Club for Enhanced First Aid Kits for the Stop The Bleed Program.
Aaron Genthe, president of the Lake Mills Area Community Foundation, presents a grant to Thomas (Bud) Skupniewitz, president of the Arts Alliance of Greater Lake Mills. The grant will help with the Souper Bowl Fundraiser with proceeds going to fund the Healthy Snack Program at the Lake Mills Elementary School and for AAGLM Scholarships.
